Los Lagos is a community nestled in the foothills of Montgo, a natural park, separating the coastal towns of Xabia and Denia. 

There has been a lot of rain over the winter period and a number of roofs and terraces have leaks into the properties below.

Please inform the Arenal if you have a leak and we will build a priority list to be actioned.

Please also remember to ensure that you secure your property and encourage visitors using the property to do the same.

The AGM agreed that ONLY owners are allowed pets in their houses. .
